Ed Begley, Jr. is a character actor and environmentalist who is perhaps best known for his work on the television series St. Elsewhere, where he received six consecutive Emmy Award nominations. He has guest-starred on shows such as Scrubs, Boston Legal, CSI: Miami and The West Wing. His movies include A Mighty Wind, Best In Show and For Your Consideration.
In Hollywood, where the streets are supposedly paved with gold, actor Ed Begley is all about green. His passion about energy use and the environment serves as the plot line for his new reality show, Living With Ed, videotaped at his California home and broadcast on the Home & Garden Television channel.
In his new show, he's not acting. A devout environmentalist, Ed has practiced what he's preached for nearly four decades. His home is completely solar powered and he usually rides bicycles or uses public transportation.
Ed Begley, Jr. will be a featured speaker all three days of the Remodeling Show.

Kevin Rutan is a world-traveled authority on the use, techniques and application of faux painting. A graduate in faux woods and faux marble from the prestigious Guegan Institute of France, Kevin has introduced faux finishing to thousands of students. In addition to teaching at his studio, Fe Fi Faux, in Greensboro, North Carolina, he teaches at shows and studios across the United States and abroad.
Kevin takes the mystique out of faux painting and explains glazes, techniques, application and finishes, in a language that the painting novice can comprehend. At the 2008 Remodeling Show, Kevin will show how environmentally friendly paints and supplies can produce professional and beautiful results. Not only are there great non-toxic paints available, according to Kevin, but thinking “green” extends to the planning and clean-up of projects as well. Kevin will give demonstrations all three days of the Show.
